Spaghetti Aglio e Olio - (Garlic and Oil)

Pour olive oil in standard saucer.

Place two peeled cloves of garlic and pepperoncino into the saucer with the olive oil.

Let stand for at least a hour for the oil to absorb the flavor of the garlic and pepperoncino.

Boil spaghetti.

When spaghetti is ready, pour olive oil complete with garlic and pepperoncino on spaghetti.

Serve with freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese.**

*Some prefer to keep the garlic and pepperoncino in the oil when pouring over the spaghetti, others remove them.

**Some prefer to put the spaghetti in a non-stick frying pan briefly and pour the oil with garlic and pepperoncino on the spaghetti while cooking on a low flame in the pan.
