Dice onion, chop carrot and celery stalk into small pieces.
Coat bottom of frying pan with Granato's olive oil.
Brown hamburger and sausage along with onion, carrot and celery. Add salt and pepper while cooking to your own taste.
When done, transfer to large pan.
Add can of tomato sauce.
Add can of water.
Add bouillon cube.
Bring everything to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer for 2-2 ½ hours, adding salt and pepper, and parsley and basil flakes to taste. Simmer covered or uncovered depending on how much liquid you want.
When finished, remove from heat, and serve with fettuccine
Top with Parmesan or Romano cheese.
